Vineyard Leadership Essentials

VLE is a place to be discipled and learn to disciple. The material is centered around what a Christian leader needs to be, needs to know, and needs to do. 

Locally, this leadership cohort will be facilitated by Geoff Cowles and Wendy English. We will gather for bi-monthly coaching sessions on Thursdays in addition to the online content. The fall material will cover the distinctives of our movement (Sept. Module 1), self-discovery and stewardship (Oct. Module 2), and emotional health (Nov. Module 3). There will also be 3 recorded webinars during the course (tentatively scheduled for Nov, Jan, Mar).
